The past year and a half was marked by intense challenges, unexpected changes and new insecurities. But we retain the most important lockdown lessons and to shape future wellbeing at work less in an ad hoc manner and more in a structured way, we initiate our GE37 Wellbeing Management in 2022. In order to do so, Team HR is looking for motivated colleagues who want to engage for a positive working environment and support Team HR rolling out and realizing this plan.
 
We identified five wellbeing pillars. Everything concerning the general policy and vision of our department is shaped by the executive committee and department council. Team HR follows up all staff related issues. Other current wellbeing topics are now clustered in three new pillars and more precisely we’re searching for employees aka Heroes who are willing to support the workplace safety, the vital fun and distraction during or after the working hours and colleagues who want to collaborate for the general wellbeing, happiness and connectedness at work.
